As a Certified Color Strategist, I was trained to look at color in a completely different way. One of my specialities is the ability to coordinate colors to either match existing pieces or help create a new color scheme for your home.

How the process works:

• An appointment is scheduled and I come to your home

• Colors are chosen for each room or part of the project

After the appointment-

• You get a PDF with color names and corresponding rooms

• Large color samples are sent to your home

This is a two hour working appointment where I will help with your design needs.

• We talk about what is working and what isn’t and I come up with solutions to those issues. I take notes and offer suggestions on any of the following:

  • Paint Selections

  • Floor Plans

  • Lighting Solutions

  • Styling Tips

  • Window Treatment Ideas

  • Kitchen and Bath Design

• Notes are taken and you receive a PDF of all the notes and suggestions. The PDF could include links to products.

This service is $395

Are you building a house? Or need a little design help but, don’t want to do a whole project? If you need help with this process, I am here for you. We can work together to pick out your final finishes and ensure your home feels like you.

How the process works:

• Meeting for a Interior Design Consultation and decide to work together

• Meet at sourcing locations to find selections:

  • Plumbing stores

  • Lighting stores

  • Furniture stores

  • Cabinet stores

  • Any stores you need for your project

• We will make selections at each store that are cohesive and your style. Everything can be ordered at the store or though your builder

• If you are working with a builder, I can also source all the items and present them to you, you approve and I send everything to your builder.

• This service is billed in 5 hour increments starting at $625

This will be a collaborative process where we create a kitchen that fits your cooking style, your family's flow, and your budget—without the overwhelm.

How the Process Works:

Step 1: Initial Kitchen Consultation We start with an Interior Design Consultation ($395) where we'll discuss your vision, pain points, and budget. I'll measure your space, understand how you use your kitchen, and provide initial recommendations.

Step 2: We Decide to Work Together If we're a good fit, you'll receive a Design Summary with concepts for your project. Once you're ready to move forward, we'll schedule a meeting with my contractor.

Step 3: Design Development This is where the magic happens. I'll source everything your kitchen needs:

• Cabinet selection and layout optimization

• Countertop materials and colors

• Backsplash tile and design

• Hardware and fixtures

• Lighting plan

• Appliance selection

• Flooring options

• Paint colors (my specialty!)

Step 4: Design Presentation We'll meet at the contractor's showroom to review your complete design package:

• Detailed floor plan

• Cabinet elevations

• 3D renderings so you can see it before it's built

• Concept board with all materials, colors, and finishes

• Physical samples you can touch and feel

Step 5: Final Approval & Budgeting You'll receive an itemized cost proposal based on your approved selections.

Step 6: Project Management Once you approve:

• You're invoiced for the design fee

• A deposit is collected to order materials

• I coordinate with the contractor throughout installation

• Timeline is set based on project scope (typically 6-12 weeks for full renovations)

Step 7: Installation & Completion The contractor handles the build while I oversee the project. You're invoiced as work progresses. When complete, we'll do a final walkthrough and capture professional photos of your stunning new kitchen.

Investment:

Design Fee: $3,500 (covers all design work, sourcing, 3D renderings, project management, and coordination)

Initial Design Consultation ($395) is credited toward your design fee if we work together.

Project costs vary based on scope—from cabinet refacing and countertop updates ($15,000-$30,000) to complete renovations ($40,000-$80,000+). I'll work within your budget to maximize impact.

Bathroom Design & Renovation

Whether it's a powder room refresh or a primary bath transformation, your bathroom should be a sanctuary. Let's design a space that's beautiful, functional, and built to last.

Step 2: We Decide to Work Together If we're aligned, you'll receive a Design Summary outlining ideas for your bathroom. Once you're ready to proceed, we'll set up a meeting with my contractor.

Step 3: Design Development I'll curate every element of your new bathroom:

• Layout optimization and fixture placement

• Vanity and storage solutions

• Tile selection (floor, shower, accent walls)

• Plumbing fixtures (faucets, showerheads, tub)

• Lighting design

• Hardware and accessories

• Paint colors and finishes

• Mirrors and decorative elements

Step 4: Design Presentation We'll meet at the contractor's showroom to review your complete bathroom design:

• Detailed floor plan

• Tile layouts and elevations

• 3D renderings so you can visualize the finished space

• Concept board with all materials and finishes

• Physical samples of tile, countertops, and fixtures

Step 5: Final Approval & Budgeting You'll receive a detailed cost breakdown based on your approved selections. Everything is transparent, and we can adjust to meet your budget.

Step 6: Project Management After approval:

• You're invoiced for the design fee

• A deposit is collected to order materials

• I coordinate with the contractor from demo to completion

• Timeline is established (typically 4-8 weeks depending on scope)

Step 7: Installation & Completion My contractor executes the build while I oversee progress. You're invoiced as milestones are reached. Upon completion, we'll do a final walkthrough and photograph your beautiful new bathroom.

Investment:

Design Fee: $2,500 (covers all design work, material sourcing, 3D renderings, project management, and oversight)

Initial Design Consultation ($395) is credited toward your design fee if we work together.

Bathroom project costs typically range from $12,000-$25,000 for a standard bathroom, $25,000-$50,000+ for a primary bathroom with luxury finishes. I'll help you get the most value from your investment.
