Fluted and ribbed tile has completely taken over my design boards — and honestly? I’m not even a little sorry about it. There’s something about that dimensional texture that photographs beautifully, catches light in the most incredible way, and makes a bathroom or kitchen feel like it was designed by someone who really thought about it.
The best part? It works in every finish. Matte white for something soft and organic. Deep charcoal for drama. Terracotta for warmth. I’ve been specifying it on shower niches, as full feature walls, and even as a subtle kitchen backsplash detail — and clients lose their minds every time they see it in person. I'm obsessed.
