Initial Consultation
We start with a two-hour Design Consultation ($395) in your home. We talk through your vision, what’s frustrating you about the current space, your style, and your budget. I take notes and provide initial recommendations.
We Decide to Work Together
If we’re a great fit, you’ll receive a Design Summary outlining the direction for your bathroom. Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll schedule a meeting with my trusted contractor.
Design Development
I curate every element — tile, vanity, fixtures, lighting, hardware, mirrors, paint. Every selection is made with intention and chosen to work beautifully together as a complete design.
Design Presentation
We meet at the contractor’s showroom to review your complete design package — floor plan, tile layouts, 3D renderings, concept board, and physical samples of every material.
Final Approval & Budgeting
You receive a detailed, itemized cost breakdown. Everything is transparent — no surprises. We can adjust scope to fit your budget before anything is ordered.
Project Management
Once approved, materials are ordered and your contractor begins. I coordinate every milestone — you always know exactly where things stand and what’s coming next.
Installation & Completion
Your contractor builds while I oversee. We finish with a final walkthrough together — and professional photos of your stunning new bathroom sanctuary.
Timeline
Standard bathroom renovations typically take 4-8 weeks from approval to completion. Primary bathrooms with custom elements may take longer. I’ll give you a realistic timeline upfront — and stick to it.
